Sharing a child’s photo is completely optional. If the parent or legal guardian is comfortable with the child’s photo being displayed publicly and has no privacy concerns, they can give us permission to feature it.

If the parent or guardian prefers not to share the child’s photo, that is absolutely fine. It will not affect the child’s entry, chances of winning, or prize.

We will not publicly display a child’s submitted photo or video without the parent or legal guardian’s permission.
