At Little Geniuss, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:
You received a wrong item.
Your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective.
Your order is incomplete or has missing items.
You received a product different from what you ordered.
To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details. After verification, we will send the missing item or issue an appropriate refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Opened or used educational kits
Used clay or art materials
Customized or personalized products
Digital downloads or printable files
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete order), Little Genius will cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
