Little Geniuss is a children’s educational and creative brand offering products designed to make learning engaging, creative, and enjoyable.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Our website is intended for purchases made by adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
Our products are designed for children, but parents, guardians, teachers, or other responsible adults should supervise their use where appropriate.
Some products may contain small parts, paints, clay, markers, craft supplies, or other components unsuitable for very young children without supervision.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the product. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.
Where we cannot fulfill an order, we may contact the customer to offer an appropriate alternative, remove the unavailable item, or cancel the affected order. Any prepaid amount due for a cancelled item will be handled according to the applicable refund terms.
5. PRICES
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, except in cases of an obvious pricing, typographical, or technical error.
Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated where applicable.
Promotional prices, sales, bundles, discounts, and special offers may be available for limited periods and may have separate conditions.
6. ORDERS
When placing an order, customers must provide complete and accurate information, including their name, phone number, delivery address, and any other information required to process and deliver the order.
Little Geniuss reserves the right to confirm, reject, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Customer or delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.
There is an obvious pricing or website error.
We are unable to deliver to the provided location.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.
The customer repeatedly refuses confirmed Cash on Delivery orders.
Where an order has already been paid and is subsequently cancelled by us, any amount due will be refunded according to the applicable payment method and Refund & Return Policy.
7. PAYMENT
We may offer payment methods such as Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment options displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information when using prepaid payment methods.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods.
8. CASH ON DELIVERY
Where Cash on Delivery is available, the customer agrees to accept the parcel and pay the applicable order amount upon delivery.
Customers should place COD orders only when they genuinely intend to receive them.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD parcels, intentionally incorrect delivery information, or other misuse of COD may result in future COD orders being restricted or requiring advance payment, where permitted by applicable law.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Any delivery timeframe provided by Little Geniuss is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations, operational issues, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number.

10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
Customers should inspect their parcel promptly after receiving it.
Where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with components missing, please contact Little Geniuss within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
We may request reasonable evidence, such as clear photographs, order details, packaging photographs, and/or an unboxing video, to verify the issue.
Once verified, the matter may be resolved through replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution according to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer law.
11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.
Customers should review that policy before placing an order.
Products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in that policy before a return or exchange can be approved.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. PRODUCT SAFETY
Little Geniuss products must be used for their intended purpose and according to the instructions and warnings provided.
Art supplies, clay, paints, markers, craft materials, and similar products should not be eaten or placed in the mouth unless the specific product is expressly identified as suitable for such use.
Small parts may present a choking risk to young children. Adult supervision should be provided where appropriate.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a particular product or activity is suitable for their child’s age, abilities, and circumstances.
13. EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER
Our educational books, activity materials, games, challenges, and learning products are designed to support children’s learning, creativity, practice, and engagement.
Results may vary from child to child. Little Geniuss does not guarantee specific academic results, grades, developmental outcomes, or skill improvements from the use of any product.
Our educational products are supplementary learning resources and are not intended to replace professional teaching or educational services.
14. REWARDS, CERTIFICATES & COMPLETION ACTIVITIES
Certain Little Geniuss books, kits, or campaigns may include rewards, certificates, challenges, completion activities, giveaways, or promotional opportunities.

Discount codes, promotional offers, bundles, giveaways, or special prices may have their own terms and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.

18. CUSTOMER CONTENT
Where you voluntarily send us reviews, photographs, videos, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share that material with us.
We will not use identifiable customer or child photographs/videos for public promotional purposes without the permission required under applicable law.
Any specific contest, giveaway, or campaign may include additional content-use terms disclosed when you participate.
